Cantilever sliding gate system for distributors and projects

The CAIMEN Cantilever Sliding Gate System is a trackless aluminum gate built around the leaf, beam and carriage hardware, and we can supply it with the drive, safety devices and access control integration, configured to your project. Nothing crosses the driveway. The leaf rides on rollers off to one side of the opening, so drainage channels, rough paving and winter snow aren't your problem. Four 6005-T6 beam profiles

Beam selection is matched to the gate. CAIMEN offers four 6005-T6 aluminum cantilever beam profiles, each with its own section size and wall thickness, and we pick one based on gate length, height, infill design and structural load. The bottom beam section is 302 x 213 mm. Walls go up to 7.0 mm. Why 6005? Hydro lists structural members among the typical uses of 6005 extrusions, and that's the job here: holding the whole leaf in suspension.

12-wheel carriage and pull-rod system

Rollers grip the beam from above, below and both sides. Vertical load is handled, and so is sideways wobble. On long leaves, a stainless steel pull-rod bracket and cast steel pull rods hold alignment. Worn roller? Adjust or replace just that one. Carriage and reinforcement parts work the same way.

Bolt-together assembly

It's modular. Thanks to prefabricated mechanical connections, your crew assembles and tunes the gate on site with far less welding. Truck clips a section? Swap that section. Nobody cuts the gate apart.

500 W VFD drive

Soft start, soft stop. Variable frequency control on the 500 W motor gives you that, with a reference travel speed of 18 to 22 m/min depending on gate size and configuration. Order it in 110 V or 220 V AC, 50/60 Hz. Depending on the motor you select and how the project is configured, the operating range runs from -35 °C up to +70 °C.

Layered safety

No single device carries the safety load. You get infrared beams on the posts, a pressure-sensitive leading edge and mechanical anti-pinch protection, plus an overhead sensor with a warning light, an emergency stop and a manual release. Stopped, the drive self-locks with at least 300 N. Need to move it by hand? The manual clutch takes 200 N at most.

Cantilever gates earn their price wherever a ground track would cause trouble. Typical sites:

• Factory main gates and logistics hubs with trucks crossing all day
• Industrial parks and manufacturing plants with wide vehicle entrances
• Airports and hangars, government offices, police compounds, hospitals and schools
• Driveways on a slope, or with drainage grates, sand or heavy snow

A quote from any cantilever sliding gate manufacturer is only as good as the brief you send. Send the items below and we'll return CAD drawings and renderings before a single profile gets cut.

• Clear opening and height. Expect total leaf length around 1.5 times the opening, because of the counterbalance tail. A 6,000 mm opening? That needs a 9,000 mm leaf, so check the side run-back space is there.
• Opening mode. Left single, right single, double, or opposite (two leaves offset about 40 cm so they don't collide).
• Infill design. Bars, slats and solid panels each change wind load, which decides the beam.
• Power and access control. Voltage, frequency, and whether you'll need LPR, RFID, keypads or a third-party system on the dry contact input.
• Finish and RAL color.
