Overview
The CAIMEN Villa Sliding Gate is an automatic aluminum sliding gate for private homes, villas and courtyard driveways, and it rolls sideways along your boundary wall instead of swinging into the yard. So you keep the parking space. And nobody has to worry about a leaf clipping the car that's parked a bit too close to the entrance. CAIMEN is a Shenzhen-based manufacturer of gates and access control equipment, founded in 2013, supplying villa sliding gates to distributors, installers and project buyers worldwide.
Small lots notice the parking gain first. Say your driveway drops straight off the street and the lawn begins two meters behind the wall. A swing gate there would swallow half the garden every time it opened, while a slider just tucks itself beside the opening.
We build each one to order. Your drawings set the size, color, design details and access-control setup, and every number quoted on this page is taken from our product specification sheet.
Key features
Heavy beams, slim look
Load goes into the beams, so that's where the stronger 6005-T6 alloy sits: the top beam is 113 x 93 mm with 2 to 6 mm walls, and the bottom beam measures 302 x 213 mm with a 7.0 mm wall. From the street you won't see much of that. What you see are 47 x 37 mm vertical bars in 1.3 mm 6063-T6 profile, which keep the face looking like part of a house rather than a warehouse.
Frame, pillar and gantry
All three are 6063-T6. You get an 80 x 40 mm auxiliary gate frame at 2.0 mm, an 80 x 80 mm main pillar at 3.0 mm and a 150 x 100 mm gantry at 3.0 mm, with a 21 mm hexagon pull rod in the same alloy holding the leaf together. The gantry isn't an extra. It ships standard.
Straight, steady travel
Guide wheels and correction wheels keep the leaf tracking true, and limit sensors tell it where to stop. There's also a soft drive device, designed to ease the start and the stop of each cycle.
Safety you don't have to order separately
All of this is included: anti-collision airbag, infrared alarm, anti-pinch protection, emergency stop device, motor thermal protection and voice prompt. Power out? A manual clutch lets you push the gate open by hand. If you want anti-climbing teeth or a scrolling display, those are optional.
Finish that suits the house
We use fluorocarbon powder coating. CM-01 Gray is the standard shade, but you can change it to pick up your window frames or the roof trim. Our coatings page explains the finish in more detail.
Remote now, smart access later
Out of the box, you open it with a radio remote. Later on you might want a keypad, an intercom or a plate reader, and since the gate connects to compatible access-control systems, that upgrade doesn't mean replacing it.
Where it fits
Think homes, not freight yards. It's a good fit for:
- Villa and private estate entrances where the gate is part of the facade (see villas and private estates)
- Courtyard driveways with no room for a swing arc on either side of the wall
- Townhouse rows and small gated-community lanes, using the planning ideas on our gated communities page
- Entrances where a short slope or a curb rules out a swing leaf
Got a very wide span, heavy traffic, or a driveway where you'd rather not have a ground track? Look at the cantilever sliding gate or the telescopic sliding gate. If the side wall is too short for the leaf to park, the bifolding gate is probably the better choice.
How to specify it
Measure the wall before anything else. When the gate opens, the leaf needs a clear run beside the opening at least as long as itself, and honestly that one figure decides more than the finish color ever will.
Here's what to send us for a quote:
- Clear opening width and the gate height you want
- Which side the leaf should park on, and the free wall length on that side
- A photo of the entrance, plus any slope, curb or drain across the driveway
- Preferred color (CM-01 Gray or a custom shade) and your design or style preferences
- How you'll open it: remote only, or a link to an access-control system
- Optional items: anti-climbing teeth, scrolling display
- Supply voltage at the site
You'll get CAD drawings and renderings back first. Nothing goes into production until you approve them, and from that approval it typically takes 15 to 20 days. To see other models, browse the products page. When you're ready, use the contact page or write to [email protected].
A word on US safety codes. Automatic gate operators there are usually checked against UL 325, which calls for entrapment protection like photo eyes and contact edges, and DoorKing and DASMA both publish plain summaries. Before you sign off, ask your local installer which rules cover your property.

CAIMEN Villa Sliding Gate questions
Is the villa sliding gate made of steel or aluminum?
Aluminum. The top and bottom beams are 6005-T6 alloy, while the frame, pillar, vertical bars, pull rod and gantry are 6063-T6. Near a pool, a garden bed or a sprinkler line, that matters, because aluminum won't rust the way bare steel does. Everything is finished in fluorocarbon powder coating.
What safety features come standard?
You get the anti-collision airbag, infrared alarm, anti-pinch protection, emergency stop device, motor thermal protection, soft drive device, manual clutch and voice prompt without asking for them. Two things are optional: anti-climbing teeth and a scrolling display. Add those only if your site actually needs them.
Can I open the gate during a power outage?
Yes. Every gate has a manual clutch, so you release the drive and slide the leaf by hand. Show everyone in the house where it is and how it works before the first storm. Not during it.
Can I choose a color other than gray?
Sure. CM-01 Gray is standard, but the color is customizable. Send a reference along with your drawings and we'll put that shade into the renderings before production starts, so you can hold it up against your house first.
